SBR - Premium

Single Component SBR based bonding agent & cement modifier

SBR Premium is a single component, SBR-based, ready-to-use polymerized bonding agent consisting of polymer and liquid additives. It is used as a bonding agent in cementitious waterproof(2k) old to new concrete applications. It develops an excellent bond to most building materials hence becoming a part of concrete repair.

SBR Premium is styrene butadiene latex with improved flexibility and compressive strength used for cement mortar and concrete modification.

  • - Good workability at reduced water cement ratio.
  • - Offers good flexural and compressive built-up.
  • - Good bonding and adhesion to substrates.
  • - Thinner section of polymerized mortar gives better result than unmodified mortar Excellent Water impermeability.
  • As a bonding agent for old to new concrete.
  • Suitable for general concrete repairs.
  • It gives excellent bond strength.
  • It can be used for the protection of concrete against corrosion, salt attack, etc.
  • Hardness – Improves the hardness & prevents dust generation.
  • Shrinkage – Reduces drying & aging shrinkage cracks.
  • Bonding – Bond strongly to concrete, masonry, stonework, plasters, cementitious surfaces.
  • Erosion & corrosion – Improves erosion resistance & prevents corrosion.
  • Abrasion resistance – Improves abrasion resistance of the cement mix.
  • Grouting – Reduces viscosity of cement injection grout for better fluidity & bonding.
